Compact and user-friendly The EG20 is a compact and user-friendly system which can be mounted on a conveyor. It can handle one, two, three, or four bottles at a time during filling. It communicates with other Flexicon modules and is an ideal combination with: - Flexicon Multi-filling System
- Flexicon EBU252 bottom-up filling system for fillings up to more than 1 litre of foaming products, or
- Flexicon diving nozzle system for high viscosity liquids.
These combinations create a fully automatic filling line for bottles of various sizes, using a very simple process that does not demand special knowledge from the operator. The system can be adjusted to another bottle size in less than five minutes. The sensors are mounted by finger screws and the gates are mounted with Allen screws. Both can be moved very easily. - Small and compact
